Definitions

adaroo, Inc.: Website owner & employees or affiliates. (“adaroo”)

The Client: The company, organization or individual requesting the services of adaroo. (“You”)

Acceptance

By entering into a contractual obligation with adaroo, you acknowledge and voluntarily bind yourself to following Terms and Conditions.

General

adaroo will only carry out work as commissioned by a mutual agreement. You may provide an appropriate instructions via e-mail, telephone conversation, voice mail message, mailed letter, or facsimile. Any work you give authorization for will constitute a written/verbal agreement between you and adaroo. You will be liable for the price of the project once work has commenced.

Intellectual Property Rights

This Web site, content, and any programming code are the property of adaroo. Any scripts, applications, PHP scripts, content, or software written by adaroo remain the copyrighted property of adaroo and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with written permission from the management of adaroo.

Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

adaroo shall not be responsible for URLs dropped or excluded by a search engine for any reason. adaroo shall not be responsible for delays or failure of performance resulting from Internet Service Provider delivery problems or failure. adaroo shall not be responsible for acts or causes beyond their control, including but not limited to: acts of God, strikes, lockouts, communications line or equipment. You expressly agree that use of adaroo services provided is at your sole risk. These services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. adaroo cannot guarantee that your account service data information will be free from corruption or piracy. You hereby waive any claim against adaroo arising out of the loss of data through corruption, piracy, breach of security, or for any other reason that is not based on intentional or grossly negligent actions of adaroo.
